It's funny how I can remember things in the past based on the songs that were popular during that time.
When this came out Bill Clinton just became president, actor River Pheonix died of an overdose outside of The Viper Room, the Savings and Loans crisis was in full swing, NAFTA just passed, and the first World Trade Center bombing had just happened earlier that year.
