Periphery is another well known band in the modern progressive rock circle. Musically they are very talented and their music is very interesting. I never been a fan of their vocal style (tough the vocalist is pretty good), but always loved their instrumental arrangements...
In this set they play all their songs instrumental because their vocalist was sick, very cool to see the audience singing their songs and the band playing with a lot of energy... As many bands of this genre they dont have a bass player at all, just 3 guitar with a lot of extended low tuning and 7-8 string guitars, sounds really tight.

me encanta este concierto, cada cierto tiempo lo veo porque a pesar de que cuentan con un excelente vocalista como spencer son una banda que se defiende muy bien de manera instrumental. Siempre me dará risa cuando Jake dice "tenemos buenas noticias y malas noticias, las malas es que Spencer no puede cantar asi que le vamos a dar instrumental" y un carajo se queda gritando "AJA Y LAS BUENAS NOTICIAS? CUALES SON LAS BUENAS NOTICIAS?" la vaina es hasta una metafora de la vida xD
