NOW PLAYING WEEK 17: EARTH WIND AND FIRE - SEPTEMBER
NOW PLAYING WEEK 17: EARTH, WIND AND FIRE – SEPTEMBER
Hello fellow music lovers and here is another one of my entry for #nowplaying week 17. Move aside everyone, I feel like want to dance and for this entry, I am going to share with you all a funky tune coming from a band that we all know, “Earth, Wind, and Fire” with their song entitled “September”.
“Earth, Wind, and Fire” is an American band that brings you all a funky, RnB, jazz, disco kind of vibe to all of you that into that kind of song vibrations. The band was formed in 1970 and founded by the late Maurice White who was their vocalist and frontman. They were one of the most successful bands in 1970 and had been nominated countless of times and won countless of times as well.
Their song “September” was recorded during their sessions for their ninth studio album called “I Am”. The song was released as a single in 1978. The song was then been included in The Best of Earth, Wind, and Fire, Vol 1. Funk and disco has been a very strong influence for me when I am writing or composing my own materials. Therefore, fellow music lovers, here is the song and I hope you can dance your stress away. Till then music lovers, Adios!
I must admit I've danced it more than once... shhhh hahhahah
Thanks so much for contributing Darryl ,have a nice weekend, rock'n steem on!
Classicness!!
