The Maccabees were an English indie rock band from London. Too bad, The Maccabees disbanded in August 2016, stating "After 14 years as a band we have decided to call it a day", follows by farewell shows in summer 2017.

"No Kind Words" is the 6th track from their second album Wall of Arms. Many professional critics have said that this album, especially the track "No Kind Words", shows a much darker and evolved sound than former album.
