Now the reason why I write this is that, We teach being in the moment in the girl. When you are really present with the girl, you are not distracted by your mind, you are not worried what to say next. You connect deeply, you can project a lot from eyes . When you are totally relaxed, the girl is also relaxed. There is no need for any gimmick. This is real connection. This is damn powerful once you understand it.
I struggle with being present because mind always tricks you. So meditation helps a lot. Also when you are aware that your mind is taking over so you stop your mind and take control
