Thats an rebuildable atomizer, we use it to vape! The things that you can see in the middle are the coils.
We put some volts in them and they turn red hot so the liquid in contact gets vaporized.

BTW. I prefer dual fussed clapton coil

For cloud chasing I prefer dual staple staggered fused clapton !
For flavor chasing ima single microcoil or parallel defendant !! Haha
