Existen diversos factores que si no lo manejamos de la manera adecuada afectan nuestra vida sexual, el principal factor es la autoestima o falta de confianza propia por sentirnos feos, aunque la apariencia física tiene mucha importancia no debemos sobrevalorarla por encima de la integridad y las actitudes.
Ademas podemos encontrar otros factores como por ejemplo: las malas experiencias pasadas, enfermedades o algunas no planificadas, con los cuales debemos tener las precauciones necesarias para no empeorar las situaciones. El primer paso para solucionar estas circunstancias es informarse adecuadamente, cuando se trata de enfermedades es necesarios saber por medio de nuestro medico los distintos efectos contrarios que pueden producirse.
El sexo tiene que tener su tiempo necesario, debemos encontrar los espacios para demostrarle a nuestra pareja el cariño y deseo que sentimos hacia ella. Ademas de los besos, abrazos y acaricias son muy importantes tener gestos y detalles inusuales que aumenten la pasión y creatividad de nuestra relación.
