The Mesopotamians are powering up!

This is an overhead-paying post for @themesopotamians. The Mesopotamians provides ongoing support to certain selected users in hopes of building a cooperative and growing middle class on Steem. As the project grows this account will be used to support users at higher levels. The system is designed to power itself via each account posting twice a week, and the others voting it; currently these placeholder posts serve that purpose. When this level is active they will be replaced by posts supporting its users.
