I think the word "Decentralized" comes in play here. There will never be a single sided sword to say or not say this content is good or bad, sure this content deserves "xyz", however if your not willing to be apart of something that isn't "D" Centralized then people should stop bitchin, and go to Medium.com or even Facebook.
