Transport of living salmon in specialised boats
These boats are specialised vessels that have spaces or wells in the hull itself.
Here, fresh seawater fills, and here the salmon is transported from fish farms to the place where they are to be slaughtered and packed for transport to the markets.
Salmon is exported all over from Norway. Trailers transport salmon to the closest markets in Europe.
For more remote areas, Norwegian salmon is transported by air.
Otherwise, the pictures show a bit of the coast where the salmon is on the way to the slaughter- and packing plant.
The very last picture shows a small island consisting of the rock granite.
I also love the ships and all sea and river transport, but these boats have not met.

It is very wise to transport live fish. Water is abundant, the filtration and aeration system is no longer a problem, I am sure that the water is constantly changing through the piping system, fish waste products leave with dirty water, if there is a net false installed there. Very beautiful photos! The color of this ship does not violate the background of the natural landscape. I like the ships, I like to look at them)) I am swayed on the waves, I love to swim under water with a mask, snorkel and flippers.
