Greetings, Janus! I am a sushi lover as well, but I don't eat often! So one the one hand sushi is really healthy, as it includes fresh fish, rice and seaweed. But first of all, I guess anywhere, but Japan sushi isn't cooked the original way, it's adapted for Europeans. Raw fish can be dangerous for you as well, as you never know how it was stored and it could get some bacteria on it, which can cause food poisoning. A few years ago, research came out warning against rice consumption because it could contain high levels of arsenic. So it might be harmful as well :) So I would say eating sushi from time to time in high- quality restaurants is ok, but eating sushi every day might be a bad decision :)
