SMOKED SWEET POTATO`N CHEESE BURGERS

HOLY SMOKE! --- This turned out soo good!!

If you´re tired of meat and want to do a less meat based meal on your grill or smoker, try this!
I had bacon around some of them, but you could do it without as well.

Very easy to make:
--Make burger "buns" out of sweet potato

--Fill whatever awesome cheeses you like between the buns (I used Chevre, Mozarella and Parmesan)

--Spice it up with some hot and tasty spices you have at hand

--Sprinkle some olive oil around

--To hold the "burger" together stick something trough and put a slice of lemon, lime, grape fruit or anything citrus on top

--You could also have some honey on top of the citrus. The sweet and the sour from the honey and citrus will drip down on the burger.

--Fill the pan with anything good: some more sweet potatoes in smaller pieces, garlic, black garlic, onion, lime, a little bit of a Belgium triple. Basically whatever you want. Use your imagination! :)

--Smoke on low heat for about 1-2 hours until tender and the cheese has melted. Do a quick hit with high heat in the end.
