As more foreigners came to Sharm El-sheikh and Hurghada a few of foreigners know about it ,so let me speak about the opportunities of north coast. Once only considered as a favored destination of Egyptians vacationers, the North Coast of Egypt has succeeded over the past few years in earning the reputation of a world-class sea resort, by catering to more exclusive lifestyles through beautiful and upscale tourist villages. ,north coast on the white sea in Egypt, it's 200 Km away (2 hours) from the capital (Cairo), it's on the white sea where you can fishing and enjoying the beautiful weather there ,The area is dotted with five-star very luxurious resorts and villas, waiting to welcome those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of overcrowded mass tourism favorites. moreover, the area offers all the needed facilities for you to practice your favorite water sports and spend some quality time on Mediterranean sea,playing beach volleyball.
the best time to go in summer but it's more expensive than in winter , in summer ;the house where consist of 2-3 rooms with kitchen and bathroom average 400 L.E = 22$ per night. in winter the same house and everything it cost 250 L.E =13$ per night, the best to visit in summer where most of Egyptians go and it is very funny and you will see parties at night, and events at the beach in morning but if you want to go to relax with your family i think the best choice is to go in winter you will see a few people there.
the best villages there: marassi, amwaj, la vista ,diplomatic village 2&3, telal.
