Awesome tutorial! If I had one of those nice looking pickerel I could totally try this based on this tutorial. Different than how my dad taught me, but it is a great looking method anyway! I have not been out fishing in years. I will probably take it up again next year when my baby is a little bit older. Thanks for sharing!

    Hopefully my next one will be the Jackfish filleting and de-boneing.
