You are very good at this! Systematic and objective enough to be able to notice all the side effects and changing taste of tobacco!

My friends have been running in the evening after they quitted smoking!! They also don’t want to get more weight!

Good luck with all your good effort!
In the long run, you will much healthier!!
This will force you to do more exercise and activities!!
