From my understanding this pipeline isn't even on Injun land...and, sorry, but attempting to stop someone from doing something because it MIGHT cause something bad (burst pipe) to happen sometime, maybe, in the future is asinine...may as well not allow anything to be built or done ever...which is probably what Eco-nuts want.
If you think 'Big Oil' is evil...I suggest you stop using its products!
