Nixiee service bug fixed

This bug is predicted to be caused by a Steemit error.
The Nixiee bot upvoted a specific account's post, but it was recognized as not being processed, so it was confirmed that a double vote was made.

Therefore, some accounts missed upvotes and at the same time, their vote power decreased.

We have identified this issue and have now released a fix.

We plan to move it to the server after monitoring it for a few days.
nixiee's voting power will gradually recover.
