Roronoa Zoro is a legendary swordsman and one of the most iconic characters in the anime One Piece. As the first member to join Monkey D. Luffy's Straw Hat Pirates, Zoro is known for his unwavering loyalty, immense strength, and remarkable skill with swords. He practices a unique fighting style called "Santoryu" or Three-Sword Style, in which he wields three swords simultaneously, one in each hand and one in his mouth. His goal is to become the world's greatest swordsman, a title currently held by Dracule Mihawk, whom he aims to surpass. Despite his serious and often stoic demeanor, Zoro has a comically terrible sense of direction, which adds a layer of humor to his otherwise intense persona.
