Implications
(1) Al-queda in northern Maghreb base is in Sudan( Osama bin laden) once lived in Sudan for so many years before he fled to Afghanistan
(2) ISIS cells in Sudan and it's subsequent infiltration into Nigeria
(3) Just in case you have forgotten... Boko Haram sect once pledged alligency to ISIS
(4) Arms and Ammunitions will be ferried to the north without being detected
(5) Illegal importation of their kiths and kin to help them fight this jihad
