The word 'choice' means to select somebody or something from a number of alternatives. Without any doubt, we are creatures of choice and we make choices on a daily basis. The choices we make affect our future. Good choices enhance our future and destiny and vice versa.

It is easy to feel stuck; to feel like you are fated to remain where you are, how you are, forever. But it's just not true. And the reality is, that change begins in the smallest of moments. Changes begin with realising that your life is directed by the choices you make, large and small.

Here are some written guides that I hope you revisit on the regular. It will serve as a roadmap and a form of reminder of how to make choices that are good for us, not only in the moment but within the wider context of the life you are being asked to live.

* Listen to your Body

The heart and nervous system know. The mind can come up with numerous reason about why something is a good idea, but beneath all this lies the wisdom of the body.

To begin making decisions from this place of bodily awareness, we need to notice what it feels like to really sense a yes in a way that is simple and clear.

When you are uncertain of how to proceed, remember this sensation. If it's not there, don't force it. And if you really can't decide, just remember. If it's not a YES! It's probably a NO.

* On Social media

Our phones and computers are magical and powerful tools. And like all tools, they must be wielded wisely and with an understanding of the power that they hold to create and to destroy.

Before mindlessly opening whatsApp/Facebook/Instagram/snapchat etc pause, observe where you are. Ask yourself what you are feeling;what you need in that moment. Do you have a specific reason for checking your mail? Could it wait until later, when you are sitting down, focused and able to really give your full presence to whatever is being communicated.

*On when you Eat

How do you know when you have had enough food? What foods make you feel vital and healthy after you eat them? Which food makes you feel sluggish, heavy or ill? Are there any food you know you are sensitive to but choose to eat anyway?

Kind note if you are making the most ethical choices within reach, considering your budget, location etc.

I understand all that you have said here, but when it comes to food, all sense leaves my body.....
