Can't you just see that you are the cause of your problem and not totally the state or federal government?

OK, your lovely neighbor went to steal from another neighbor. So many deliberations were made to call or not to call the police, then an anonymous called the police and then you being the sweet neighbor that you are(were), you hid the thief in one of your rooms.

Fortunately and unfortunately the police can't make an arrest because the claimed lovely neighbor acted like there was no thief anywhere. Other angry neighbors wondered what kept the police inside the house and ended up leaving without any thief. Some celebrated the lovely neighbor others were angry because that wasn't the first time he was reported to have stolen and apparently there was nothing they could do...

Na so Nigerians dey carry kill themselves. Charity they say dey start from house.
