CREATE ENABLING ENVIRONMENT FOR EVERYONE

Great Minds,
Today I was inspired by a speech made by one of my mentors at a birthday party. So let me share with you.

It comes this way, In life we need power and more importantly collective power. But you only get power through knowledge, so collective power demands collective knowledge. Factually, it is unity that guarantees collective knowledge.

Logically speaking, you achieve unity of purpose when an enabling environment is created for everyone to find himself, to recreate and express his potential. When there is an enabling environment, people feel free to speak their opinion, to present their ideas. Consequently, there will be abundance of knowledge which produce collective power.

The reality is you may not feel the direct impact of creating enabling environment, in fact some may even feel cheated and jealous perhaps of an individual success and blossom as a result of the enabling environment. And may be tempted to go against it but one thing is sure, it is like a seed planted that will grow up and yield and become a giant powerful 🌲.

Do everything possible to make others feel at home and easy to express themselves and to contribute their quota without any form of fear or intimidation. Be an agent of change, a motivator that sees good in others and allow them to shine.
Surely it will make you powerful and place you comfortably on the ladder of top leader.
