WHAT WOMEN REALLY WANTS ...IN 3 WORDS.
We all know that women can be so complicated and unpredictable. Most times, it's not that we men don't try, but we end up putting our efforts into the wrong things or things that don't work. We think they want this, but no, we are wrong. After doing that which we thought they wanted, they are still unhappy. There are 3 things a want in a relationship or marriage, marriage especially.
INDEPENDENCE
A wants to be independent from stereotypes. She has a purpose, dreams, and goals of her own. She doesn't want to be tied down by family tasks, while you pursue your own goals. She wants to pursue her own goals to and accomplish them and feel better about herself. She doesn't want to ask you for money to get every single thing she wants. She wants to have her own money too and contribute to the family.
EQUALITY
Another thing men do is treat their wife like a second class in their own house. A woman is not just your wife, she is your partner. She has a say in the affairs of the family too. When you make equality a virtue in your family, you give your wife a sense of belonging and a sense of worth too. The kids will respect her more when you respect her too. Stop treating women like an object. They are not just a thing in flesh. They have souls and dreams just like you.
COMPLIMENT
A woman can live without oxygen but not without compliments. Women spend time on makeups, diamonds, Jewelries and so on. But nothing makes them feel more glow like real thoughtful genuine compliments. It works wonders in women. A single awesome compliment said to a woman stays in her mind forever. Don't just compliment her looks, that's when it becomes annoying. Compliment her efforts, achievement, her mind, her inputs and so on. Always try to see beyond the looks and appreciate it.

I think i agree with you on the others but with the equality, i will disagree with you. In every being or object there is a head and if a man should be the head of his household then equality between a man and woman is not a quality that will be present. The problem is not about equality, the woman is under the man but the real problem is in the men abusing their position on the woman.
