My Facebook account was hacked

Guys my 8 year old Facebook account was hacked yesterday and right now I feel so down. It was like a movie when I could login to my Facebook after multiple trials.

I tried everything possible to regain the account and it wasn't possible. The email, number, profile picture and username has been changed.

Everything in my account has been changed and formatted including my friends.

Right now I still feel terribly shaky and bad. I have lost my friends and a lot. But I'm just telling myself that it's just a Facebook account which I can create another one any time I like but loosing my account still hurts me.

I feel very down and moody right now.
