BENEFITS OF EARLY MORNING SUNLIGHT

Today I want to talk about the benefits of early morning sunlight. As we all know, vitamin D is a vitamin that we get from sun. Morning Sunlight is very essential for our human body plus its even the base on which the life on this planet is sustaining. Morning sun is just a blessing for your health, for a good mood and for positivity. Lets discuss a little bit about the benefit gotten from early morning sunlight.

Morning sun strengthens your bones. Yes sitting in morning sun gives strength to your bones. It even fights cancer, it treats skin diseases, it improves the circulation of blood in the body with reduce the cholesterol for high blood pressure patients.

Sitting in morning sun is such a simple home remedy I would say. It natural and you need to do nothing. Just sitting in the sunlight for few minutes or an hour reading a newspaper or talking with a friend is all you need to benefit all these.

It even helps in treating depression, broadens your vision, it improves your strength, it gives you energy throughout the day, it provides you so much positivity for the day. When you take a few minutes to experience the power of morning sunlight, I promise you will get addicted to it. It is such a good habit that it leads success to you.

Sitting in morning sunlight don't just provide these health benefits but it even leaves a very significant impact on your thought process, it broadens your vision, it gives you a dimension based upon which you try to see solutions to you problems rather than get frustrated to it. It also clears your mind and keep you focused on the days tasks.

So for children, youths, for people who are in their old age, for everyone, sunlight is just a blessing from nature that physically doing nothing and sitting in the sun provides you these benefits.

Sunlight in 8am in summers (dry season in some case) is recommendable, after that the sun gets heavy, so try to avoid sun after 8am in summer and in winters (raining season in some case) you can enjoy the sun till 9:30am. So get the benefits of the early morning and stay healthy physically and mentally.

I never muted you but i can see this is a way of letting the participants talk about the cottoncoin competition. Its a good tactics i must recommend.

Well, if you want to know, i was disappointed with the result of the competition. I thought deserved to be among the top ten. But no problem though. I guess thats how every loser feels.
