Vision starts from within. You cannot go around telling people what their vision is nor can they ask you for suggestions on what their vision should be.
Vision comes from within, so take a long, hard look at yourself. If you're having a hard time figuring out your vision, think of what interests you and start from there.
When a person does not have a Vision in life, Then he practically has no direction at all.
Vision draws on your history. Visions do not materialize overnight. Leaders who have visions in life draw out their sources from what they have learned in the past and the mistakes that they have made.
One great vision is one that aims to meet other people's they have made.
It is not all about you alone,rather it is all about drawing other people into your dream and changing their lives.
If your vision is restricted solely to helping you fulfill your purpose and not benefitting other people, then its too shallow and selfish. Your vision should be something that resonates within other people and enables them to work for that goal as well.Having a clear vision can help you prepare and gather your resources.
One of the best things about working towards your vision is that it helps you attract others.
It is like a magnet. The more powerful the vision is,the more likely people will want to achieve it.

Just think about Life. Developing a dream for one thing and striving to achieve it is another. There is power in a vision. This has been the fire behind the successful class. It is time for us to set effective goal . Think about how you will live your life in your days to come both in school and in your workplace.
A life without vision is not worth living at all.
As a youth, you should have direction in life. It is your vision and to be written down. It speaks to your life daily. All you should do is to fashion your life in accordance with your vision. As you grow, you should define your vision or purpose. It is your diagram for a fuller achievement when followed. Let's not seek to live a meaningless life. When you fail,you drag many people down with you. Your vision statement should differ from the one of your nearest friend. Its not a yearly resolution that many people break at the middle of the year.
Vision when pursued produces a desired result. With no focus ,there is no mechanism for establishing direction and goals. Let our vision statement be direct,succinct and clear.. It will help you reach your goal and actualize your dream. Vision statement is the remarkable way that you will accomplish your purpose. It must be articulate and powerful. Vision statements is not a to-do list. It is not a method or rules. It may be final now,but with time it unfolds.
WHEN YOU HAVE VISION, YOU LIVE A LIFE OF CREATIVITY
Creativity is about you. Its your product. It represents you and your ability. It is your ability to display the stuff you're made of. Its all about telling your brain to go to work .Your creativity reveals your effort and style.
A life of creativity and creative mind is an inventor. They are hot cake in the competitive market. They give the picture of a larger world and future world to come.
They can't be defeated because they are fulfilling their life mandate. They are heroes.
So as a youth, we should be yearning for a life of creation. With your mental alertness, you may design a better world.
When you decide to create,you are a contributor to world's success and progress.
In this world, we have many kinds of people. Some have chosen failure as their lot while others vow they would not fail.
As you believe in yourself, you should hang on. Be committed to your vision. It amazes me when I see the rate at which some people abandon their task. Only to carry their tools all along without getting a job to do.
When you know the worthiness of your dream, you should stick to it and see it materialize.
Many people are afraid to try something very new. Naturally it conveys some fearful message when you are about to do things you have not done before.
My sincere advice to everyone that wants to be successful. Is that the first trial of any undertaking may be hard and unimpressive but with time, you will get over it. Focus in trying something that is simple and realistic first. Do not try to spend all your energies on meaningless venture.
Another fear that may be waiting for you is the fear of disappointment.
When you think you fail at the beginning ,your inner self may feel unworthy. Many successful people will count on many times they fail before they stood. As you desire a change,there is still hope.
Whatever fear you have,challenge yourself to face the obstacles.
Problems are always there and so are their solutions.
One easy thing to do that can help a lot is to have some sort of a mantra and affirmation.
There will be times when you will encounter some setbacks but take it slow.cut yourself some slack and try again Eventually you will get it.
