RACISM IN NIGERIA

Agree? Or Disagree?.

I heard my uncle saying that, there is still racism in some countries outside Africa, and I then wondered what is racism? My dictionary tells me that "racism is the believe that one race or races, is superior or inferior to another race, equally prejudice or discrimination based upon race.
Hmmm so the white people think they are more advanced in knowledge, and exposure, and so they don't acknowledge the black so much, and it makes us sad, angry. etc

Let's bring this point home(Nigeria) There is indeed racism in Nigeria, what do u call it, when people think the igbo people as being greedy and cunny, and therefore can't offer them some kind of positions in an office, meanwhile there are still good, selfless igbo people around.

What do u call it when the hausas' don't feel safe in the midst of the Igbos', likewise the Igbos', what do you call it, when the Igbos feel they are better than any other tribe, when the hausas' feel the leadership belongs to them, when the Yorubas' feel they are more educated than others.

The discrimination in Nigeria, is far greater than expected, and yet we complain about racism in the land of the white man, change begins from you!!!!

Let us stop feeling better or more relevant than the other and start feeling we need each other, until then, DON'T COMPLAIN.
