The image shows members of an alleged coup to overthrow General Murtala Ramat Muhammed who were executed on the 11th of March, 1976 after his assassination on February 13th of the same year. General Iliya D. Bisalla was considered the leader of the coup and can be seen here several times. The image is also from February 1976.
