1, (a) Yes I have bought bitcoin but from a friend,i can't say if it was easy.
2, (a)Yes I've bought steem,it was easy,I bought from binance
3, (b) No I've not bought yet from amazon, though I tried once and it was unsuccessful.
4,I do have a debit card with two banks.
