As we gradually approach the launch of the first STACH in Nigeria and some other parts as well, we have put together the Vision, Mission and more for your reading pleasure.

Steem Accelerator Hub, STACH is a community driven platform as conceived by a team of brilliant steemians headed by @ejemai who saw a need that needed to be filled. The birth of this idea has gradually metamorphosed into an achievable project.

MISSION

WHY THE VISION AND MISSION
The creation of these hubs will help eradicate poverty, criminality, hooliganism, unemployment and other social vices in young people who get associated with it. Nigeria is over 80 million youths strong and we are of the opinion that targeting this class will help build a future where development and nation building is not only done by the government. We are creating a community that will not only be seen as a community but as one that will be as strong offline as it is strong online where the unbelievable synergy experienced will be replicated everywhere there are steemians.

The embodiment of steemit.com as a free earning website makes it necessary for the creation of spaces where individuals can meet face to face while still maintaining the vibrancy of the online community that started it all.
People hate what they don't understand, and many do not understand steemit YET, but with the hub, they will be able to get a sense of understanding and acceptance into a community that is quite different from what they are used to.

WHY STACH?
This question has been asked over and over and over again. Why the need for a hub? Well, the reason why STACH was conceived is to bring about a collaborative synergy between the Nigerian youths and their counterparts around the world so that they can start working on adding value to Nation building. This initiative will put an end to dependency on the government for employment creation.
The question really should be, Why not STACH?, because getting to see the reasons why not STACH will help you understand why STACH.
It is our dream and aspiration to make at least 20 million young people in Nigeria and Africa truly financially independent and strong with creative will and power to impact positively on their generation and those coming after them.

SERVICES/ACTIVITIES
Offline.

• Account opening support
• Introduce yourself writing support and general writing tutelage
• Daily meetups for recruiting new steemians
• Training and general support for new and old steemians
• General discussion sessions and brain storming sessions
• Monthly Meetups and hangouts
• In-house initiative contests

Online
STACH being an offline community building, collaboration and participation platform will not make it less online. It is the offline community that we are relying on to help foster more online participation and profitability. For the successes of these hubs to be felt these services are designed to make it more participatory, collaborative as well as profitable.

• DISCORD CHANNEL. We have created a Discord Channel that will enable steemians both old and new to engage with themselves and participate in this new community. The channel is created to have state of the arts receptions, bots that will offer goodies and upvotes, contests and promotions that will make your steemit experience Steeming!.

• CURATION
  The STACH central account will be used to curate posts and articles of steemians. New users will get a chance at earning for their articles through curation from the community so that their presence online is encouraged to bring out the creativity in them, (guidelines and "how to" will be sent out soon). It is our hope that curating original contents will help these users understand the importance of writing at their best.

• STACH TOKEN
  We're also exploring the possible use of a token, which could be added in the future to help raise additional funds to pay the ongoing costs of the hub and also used to reward members of the community.
  The uniqueness of the Steem Accelerator Hub will be its ability to continually evolve with the day to day changes as witnessed in the cryptocurrency world. This token when created will go towards the funding of new STACH locations around Africa and also help empower deserving steemians in various fields of work.
  Users can trade these tokens for upvotes and curation on steemit.com, trade them on the Bitshares DEX and other exchanges as they become available. Contests will be run daily where users can win and redeem STACH tokens.

OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF STACH
STACH will be managed by a team of vibrant steemians with @donkeypong acting as its advisor.
Payments for the services of these steemians who will work in these hubs will come from the STACH central account, and then they too will earn from their articles as well.
