SENSES- INTRODUCTION

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SENSE?

Sense means a faculty by which the body perceives an external stimulus; one of the faculties of sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. it also means a feeling that something is the case. it could also be interpreted as an ability to understand, recognize, value, or react to something, especially any of the five physical abilities to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel:

The eyes and the ear are the first senses for believing and having faith. For one to believe in a religion one must have either heard of that religion or seen a miracle performed in the name of that religion. There is nothing we want to do in this world that we won’t see, hear or feel. If am wrong please correct me.
Now let me take you back to our days in school, where we were taught the “SENSE ORGANS”. I believe we all remember it, but be patient with me in the coming parts where we would touch all the sense organs and the way they affect our daily ways of life.
HOW MANY SENSE ORGANS DO WE HAVE?
There are five sense organs as we have been taught……

• The eyes
• The nose
• The ears
• The tongue
• The skin
I won’t go into details on their uses as am sure we know them already.
This is the introductory part of SENSES. Here are the following parts of SENSES that we would be dealing with.
• SENSES #1—what you see… and their implications [the eyes]
• SENSES #2—what you smell… and their implications [the nose]
• SENSES #3—what you hear… and their implications [the ear]
• SENSES #4—what you taste… and their implications [the tongue]
• SENSES #5—what you feel… and their implications [the skin]
• SENSES #6—the master senses
• SENSES #7—final.
