Football Week 5
Not much activity today other than watching football at home with the family. Something I noticed this year is that there are more well balance teams than previous years. Reason this is so is seen in teams records. There are no win less team since week 4 and my team's division seeming now is competitive, AFC East. Patriots and Dolphins tied while Bills and Jets are only one game back. At the beginning of the year Bills was considered a lost cause with first week blow out lost. Yet here they are and the Jets too..
Teams that seem to have potential of Super Bowl contenders Packers and Vikings are not what they were last year or the year before. Then we have the Rams and Chiefs who seem to be on a incredible run of playing great offenses. Potential to being 16-0?
All in all definitely an interesting week to week results. This week the Jets beating the Broncos and Bills beating Titans are examples that this year's defense is put in the back burner and offense is supreme. Will it continue in the weeks to follow. Sure is interesting..
I am a huge Chiefs fan. They are playing great but their defense is terrible. They are probably an 12-4 or 11-5 team with this hot start. I just don't see their defense holding up with an offense like that. The offense just doesn't stay on the field long enough due to how dynamic they are. It is going to wear down the defense over the long haul.

His early Philly teams played defense. But then again, the NFL doesn't allow teams to play defense anymore.
