Week 3 Fantasy streamers QB & Tight End

QB 1 - Joe Flacco (13% owned) vs Denver
Vs a similarly good defense last week, Flacco put up 21 points even after committing 2 turnovers. Flacco has maintained a great floor with tons of pass attempts (1st in the league) and yardage. Lock him into your lineup if you are DGAFing QB this season.

QB 2 - Eli Manning (19% owned) @ Houston
Manning has yet to have a great game. I can't blame him in week 1 against a tough jags team. Week 2 he fell victim to the cowboys pass rush, and this week could be more of the same. The plus side is Manning is still seeing a lot of attempts and has limited turnovers which leads to a nice floor. Manning still has a shot for a high ceiling given his passing options. You could do worse this week.

TE 1 - Austin Hooper (22% owned) vs New Orleans
Hooper, while rarely scoring a zero in fantasy has never had a reputation as a high ceiling play. This week could be a bit different. NO has been surrendering a lot more yards and points vs their respective competition so far in the first 2 weeks. Add in that Hooper is #4 in the league in red zone targets that also equates to 30% of his total target share. I'd say that leaves the quality of the targets received to be pretty good. The only concern is while the saints have given up a ton, they haven't necessarily given up a ton to the tight end position. The majority of tight end plays are boom and bust, but if anyone has potential to be a top streamer this week, I believe it's Hooper.

Jonnu smith (12% owned) @ Jacksonville
Last week's recommendation of jonnu ended up being a huge blunder. The thought of him expanding on his 3 targets in week 1 seemed all too likely, and then came a big fat zero. I could have easily just recommended ASJ since he has now fallen into the 35% and under ownership threshold this week, but I've decided to double down. Jacksonville tends to give up more yardage to TE based off of a couple of factors. 1 being the skill level of their corners and safteys. And 2 because of their great pass rush. Now that trend hasn't exactly held true from last season, but it may be able to happen since it looks like gabbert will get the start again for Tennessee.
