Week 11 QB and TE Streamers (Yahoo!)

Unfortunately Marcus Mariota was just shy of making this list at 37% ownership. But if he's out there in your league pick him up now!!!!!

QB 1 - Blake Bortles vs Pittsburgh (22% owned)

It highly pains me to put any faith in Bortles. He's the brightest example I've ever seen in you don't have to be good to be fantasy viable. Where his luck starts is his all of his receivers being incredibly skilled in yards after catch. For the 2nd season in a row Bortles is near league bottom in air yards per attempt. He typically will throw a few yards from the line of scrimmage and let's guys like Dede Westbrook help him keep his job. His other saving grace is his ability to run the ball. He's averaging around 30 yards per game which is good enough points to nearly equal a TD or erase an inevitable interception. We all know he carries a decent ceiling but proceed with caution cause this season he's really lowered his floor too.

QB 2 - Josh Rosen vs Oakland (5% owned)

The Cards offense has looked a lot better with Leftwich calling plays. The Raiders have never looked worse. If you are desperate I could see Rosen being a very safe play this week at home.

TE - 1 Ricky Seals-Jones vs Oakland (25% owned)

RSJ has yet to fully breakout this year but I think he could also be a safe option this week. Much like in with the Rosen suggestion, the Raiders are terrible and when looking at how they've faced tight ends this season (7th worst) I wouldn't have any worries throwing him out there. He's already been towards the top of the league in routes run, targets, and target share at the position. If passes start connecting we could see a late season emergence from him. Definitely worth a flier.

TE 2 - Jeff Heuerman @ LA Chargers (18% owned)

Heuerman has had 2 straight decent fantasy outings. He was already seeing around 5 targets per game since week 2 and after Demaryius Thomas was dealt to the Texans he saw a spike of 11 vs Houston. I doubt he will carry that week to week but with one less WR in the mix it couldn't hurt. The Broncos also face a slew of tight end friendly teams the rest of the way.
