Okeanos-V : Rare Atmosphere Planet

Hello fellow NextColonians, this one of the beautiful rare atmosphere planets I've ever seen.

It is having ring on like Saturn in the astraunomical space we know. Its colour differs from blue dominated, sea-blue, few brown and cream. It has a completely atmospheric paterns which reflect the properties of sea. It's also habitable.

The scientific studies behind this rare atmosphere planet shows that there are 504 rare atmosphere planets in space. Some of these are common atmosphere planet like 1-Apeiron. I'm yet to discover some of other 503 rare atmosphere planet which have been in existence.
