Respect where respect is due
After creating a post the other day about Putting Up Our Yurt On The Pirate Homestead we just realised that we didn't even mention where we purchased the roundhouse or who made it. Seems a bit rude now we have realised our error.
So without further adieu.
Jaia are based in Golden Bay, South Island, New Zealand, and for over 15 years have been hand making Tipis and Yurts to order.
We can certainly attest to the high quality of their workmanship and the durability of their materials.
Their customer service and email response time to any questions we had was exceptional and always friendly and helpful.
So if you are on the look out for a new home, and investment, or somewhere to put guests we recommend you check them out. They can deliver worldwide and all of their products are very reasonably priced.
Muchas Gracias Rich, Bluey and Yvette and all of the Jaia team
The instruction book is well presented and easy to follow.
You may want to, however, read it the right way up.
Good update. Been thinking about ordering a tepee. I will probably require a skilled technician to read me the instructions on how to assemble. Lol.🐓🐓
:) It really is easy to put together. It took us about 2 and a half weeks to build the deck and only four hours to put the yurt up.
Now that kid has talent! It should be very handy to be able to read upside down while standing at the teachers desk. 😉
