BOARD PACKAGE

Board packages include your financial statements, mortgage approval, and personal references. Co-ops will also require an interview, which I will help you prepare for. I will also help you prepare a strong board package which is a critical part of the application process. With a strong package, the interview is often no more than a formality. Co-op boards generally provide an approval or rejection within a few days of the interview. Co-op boards typically only meet once a month, which is important when considering buying timelines.
