RE: Ya Gotta Listen to the Boss...(Part Two)
In my youth some called me mafia for a nickname , not because i was a boss or made the rules , but because i was to well connected and knew to many secrets . I walked and interacted with all kind of groups that existed in the town i grew up . Playing street soccer with guys from Suriname , smoking some pot with punks and new wavers , drink a beer with the farmers kids or play hockey with the nerds , so why then call me mafia i asked ?
When fights break out no one will harm you , some even really hate you but will never attack you openly , they fear your connections , and besides all that , your fucking crazy .
It would have bin a nice base to start a mobster career with a violent ending i guess . Glad i choose survival and kept secrets , that didn't even interest me , the secrets they where and didn't use it for only my own profit .
Like i said , mafia boss live is way overrated and idolized , time someone tells some true ( polished ) story's about mobsters and mafia codes .
Please go on , proceed to chapter III , don't let me distract you from your path . ;-)
Ha... Rumors about us can serve to help or hinder.
I once had a rumor spread about me in Middle School, that I put three guys in the hospital who attacked me... It certainly seemed to help me stay safe after that :>) Later I found out that it was a friend of mine who started that rumor when a couple of guys were going to jump me after school.
Thanks (Mr. 'Mafia') for the positive comments.
