Put yourself first

Dear 2018,

I‘m going to be more selfish this year. I always look out for others, but it‘s time for me to put me first. I‘m learning to say no without feeling guilty. I‘m learning to say no without feeling like I have to explain. I hope I can gain more strenght this year, I know it won‘t be easy, but loving myself just a little bit more will improve my life a whole lot.
