We have changed all the financial incentives in a recent HF.
We have new stakeholders and a better distribution
Mostly dan and ned are gone.
They have made running witnesses more scalable

Forget everything you knew about Steem and give it a new look.
NewSteem, it's a marketing slogan as well as an attitude.
Steemit, the pulse of crypto.

Sounds like a lot of backroom cleanup.
Are the new financial incentives posted somewhere? The search bar is broken or I'd look for it myself.

Well Ned isn't officially gone he is just completely out of the limelight.
Check the tags EIP and HF21 for posts and the changes.
There have been hundreds of posts about it.
We have 50/50 curation/author rewards, a downvote pool and a slight curve. As well as a Community driven fund for development or marketing activities.
Mostly we have everyone realizing some things need to be done differently.
