Rowan Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 g butter
220 g flour
Cream:
1 cup sour cream
5-6 tablespoons powdered sugar
Decoration:
Rowan twigs

Directions:

Mix eggs with sugar. Add soft butter and warm milk. Mix everything. Then add flour. Knead the dough.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the dough in a baking dish.

Bake a cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
For cream, mix sour cream with powdered sugar. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so that it thickens.

Grease the cake with sour cream and garnish with branches of mountain ash. Enjoy it!

Have a nice weekend. This morning I baked a vanilla cake. I got the perfect loose and wet texture that is typical for a perfect cake.

I added some sour cream to the cake and decorated the cake with bright branches of mountain ash.
