For breakfast, I always choose muesli, add honey, milk or yogurt, different berries. It turns out a very tasty and healthy breakfast.


Muesli is the best choice for breakfast, and there are several reasons for this:

1.They are rich in fiber.
2. Muesli is cereal flakes, with the addition of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
3. Cereal flakes maintain optimal blood sugar.
4. Whole-grain Muesli contains a high content of B vitamins.


INGREDIENTS:


Walnuts - 130 g
Almonds - 160 g
Hercules - 4 glasses
Butter - 230 g
Honey - 0.3 cups
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
Peeled Sunflower Seeds - 190 g
Dried dates - 190 g
Dried - Bananas
Milk - 0.5 cups
Blackberry - 100 g.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Put almonds and walnuts on 1 baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool and chop finely.

2. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 degrees. Put the oatmeal on 2 baking sheets. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, honey, and salt. Sprinkle the oatmeal with the honey mixture and mix lightly. Flatten in a single layer and put in the oven for 30 minutes, mixing once. Hercules should become golden and crispy.

3. Transfer to a large bowl, refrigerate and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

TIP FOR RECIPE:


Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a month.
