A lot of creators are waiting to price go up to start building again...
Big mistake... Because the numbers showed as pending payout are NOT STEEM and are NOT USD. The actual amount is something in between (we can calculate it), but certainly higher in received STEEM right now. If STEEM price goes up in the future, or if it will be dropped as a reward token altogether, these easily received STEEM will count a lot.
Totally agree... If you are showing the support when the times are hard, you will be much more appreciated when good times come... ;)
