Alternative Medicine Is A Disaster For Treating Cancer
In a recent publication in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute authors studied the survival rates of 281 patients with a variety of cancers. They found with in the context of this study, that those patients who in lieu of traditional cancer therapies (which are essentially cellular poisions) went an alternative-medicine approach, were 2.5 times MORE likely to die then the patients who underwent the traditional western medicinal theraputic route.
This may be surprising to some of you as it appears to be a well held belief that NATURAL is always BETTER. However this is not at all the case. EFFECTIVE is always BETTER, and it is clear from a plethora of available research that many alternative-medicinal therapies are nothing more than placebo inducers. While our current cancer therapies may not be the most ideal (they are terrible, its no joke that they are poisons), until effective, targeted therapies are available for most cancers, they are the best chance most people have at staying alive.
