A study revealed human brains have sewer system that may be able to eliminate waste products via lymphatic vessels. Scientists have been searching for this draining system for long time. Finally they could locate it after seeing the scan report of healthy volunteers’ brains.
Lymphatic vessels are spread all over the human body along with blood vessels and drive colorless fluid called lymph which contains immune cells and unwanted products to the lymph nodes.

Of note, the lymphatic system is pumped by movement. (unlike the blood system) The human body needs a minimum of 15-30 minutes of walking / exercize every day to move the lymph system. Not moving will literally make you sick, and not how most people think. Sick with diseases like diabetes.
