Again, dumb. Also, demonstrative of what tyrants Democrats are. I support the states suing (thus involving the judiciary in something they shouldn't be involved in) because when the Americans screwed up the Senate by making them like the house they stole the power of the states leaving them only this. However, their arguments are idiotic and attack this instance of presidential power. If they truly want to stop the president they should be suing the Congress to break this law that allows the president to do this in the first place. They will not do that because their tyrants need the power to legislate in the executive office. They also suck at math. The president didn't poop 8 billion dollars so the money he is using was already "stolen"... misappropriation yes...stolen..no....idiots!!

Not to mention states like Maryland (any non border states) have no stake in this anyway. Aside from the money which is also disingenuous since if they cared about that they would all be suing the hell out of the federal government for trillions wasted. So why are they suing? Because they are Socialist leaders of Socialist States and they all know what their heroes Mussolini and Gentile knew. You can never have your Utopian Socialism if you dont have a Tyrant Executive to force it on the people. Again, look at what the democrats are doing here. They are not saying we need to stop tyranny to ensure freedom. They are saying we need to stop this Republican instance of perceived tyranny. Those who support Tyranny are the enemy of America.
