Nice Theory, Zaffron! Maybe you are right. But for sure it is not the only reson for this bucket of oil being thrown into the already crackling fire. In the background we have ISIS-defeated in Syria, and a growing shiite Iran (influence wise).
Israel's ISIS has failed, and there is a chance for peace. Turkey is wavering towards Russia and Iran, as the next battle was lost after the Irak invasion.
