It’s with a great delight that I present to you this great opportunity for Ugandans and Africa as a whole. This conference is scheduled to take place on 23rd and 24th of May this year. That is this week on Wednesday and Thursday. This is going to create job opportunities for 1000s of youths in this nation.

On the event there are big profile people who are going to convene the conference that is HE Yoweri Kagutta Museveni who is the president of Uganda. The Governor of Bank of Uganda that is Mutebile. The former president of Mauritious, the Executive director of Bitcoin Foundation Llew claasen, the Billionnaire Chang peng zhao who is the CEO Binance.

the role of Blockchain technology to the transformation of Africa.

It’s going to be attended by various investors from the different African Countries who are into Crypto business. It’s such a great opportunity for us the Uganda steemians as 7 steemians are going to be attending the conference with a sole purpose of sensitising many there about Steemit and as well attain deeper knowledge about blockchain technology.
Unfortunately I will not be able to attend but I will be catching the action of the conference on a live streaming platform which am yet to confirm.

Background Information about blockchain technology.
Block chain technology refers to a series of information secured and arranged in the form of blocks through the process termed as cryptography. Blockchain technology is the incredible technology that is a driving wheel for Cryptocurrency. In other words Crypto is backed up by this kind of technology. Computer systems are used in mining coins through cryptology which involves calculation of sophisticated maths in the generation of coins and confirming of the different coin transactions.

This an event organised by the Blockchain association of Uganda together with the government of Uganda.

Blockchain Association of Uganda is a membership organization that consists of individuals and organizations that are interested in promoting blockchain related technologies and capabilities, and this is done by making blockchain related resources available to government and public-sector consumers.
