It'll be very interesting to see what happens in the next few weeks. With Facebook allegedly owing $5B in taxes to the US government with their moving to Facebook Ireland, I wonder how much they will settle their debt for and to see how Ernst & Young justified a much, much lower valuation in their calculations for said move.
