These derive from different fields. So what would actually happen is your mass would convert into a blackhole well before you hit the planck energy. It's exactly what happens inside star forming a blackhole.
In fact you would probably begin fusion first, then after you burnt through fusable material, your electrons would strip off. So at least part of you would turn into light.
If you kept adding energy, the protons would lose their charge and you would convert into neutronium. Add more energy and you would convert into strange matter, essentially turning into a quark soup.

Then you would collapse into a blackhole and evaporate as hawking radiation, which is a type of thermal energy, so yeah light. Just not the kind you're thinking :D
